we will make today pizza here in a healthier version. we will prepare our pizza dough at home only with very easy ingredients which can easily be available at your kitchen only.
Recipe of Pizza
Ingredients :
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Sour curd – 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
salt as per taste
Italian herabs 1/2 tsp that is optional
Olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp.
extra flour for dusting.
Topping :
Pizza sauce
Butter
onion
Bell pepper
Tomato or veggies of your choice.
Let’s make first Pizza dough, Take a bowl and mix wheat flour baking soda baking powder salt and mix well all the dry ingredients. then mix sour curd to make a soft punchy dough now add some cooking oil, I used extra virgin olive oil to it you can use any cooking oil you want to use. knead it for the 2 minutes well now your dough is ready. make a ball of this, cover the dough and keep it aside for 2 hours. meanwhile, chop all veggies and keep your cheese and butter at room temperature.
after 2 hours knead the dough for 30 seconds softly and divide it into two balls and roll it with rolling pin. as per the size of pizza plate.dust with some flour then put it on the plate. give some pricks with the help of folk. now we will start topping, spread butter at all over the pizza base then spread pizza sauce. then decorate with your choice of veggies over it then sprinkle some salt, oregano and chilly flakes. now we will finally spread cheese over it.
Preheat your Microwave at 180 degree and bake it 20 – 25 minutes. usually mine is ready in 20 minutes. make sliceswith pizza cutter or sharp knife .Now your homemade pizza is ready to eat ythat is very healthy because we have used whaet flour rather than APF. Sprinkle some orgeno and chilly flakes over it as per your taste bud and enjoy awesome Pizza.
